Read from your site
Product pages, prices and sizes are read from the data your site already publishes for Google — and Claude reads hand-built pages that don't have it.
Menus as pictures or PDFs
A menu or price list posted as an image or a PDF is read too. You choose which pages are yours, so another location's menu or an order page stays out.
Checked every night
Your site is read again every night: prices, sizes and new products follow it, and you get one email when something changed. Or press “Check now”.
Your additions stay
Add the choices your site doesn't show — colours, toppings, add-ons — or notes for the AI agent. The nightly check updates prices and keeps what you added.
Orders in your inbox
Phone orders land in your Phonefront Orders inbox with a chime, and the caller gets a text when it's accepted, ready or on its way.
Pay by text
Callers pay at pickup or on delivery, or by a secure link texted to them and paid into your own Stripe account. Phonefront takes no cut.

Enter your website
In setup, choose “Custom-built website” and type your address. We find your product pages — or, if your prices are on a menu page, you tick the pages that are yours.

Check what we found
Fix anything we got wrong, add choices and add-ons the AI agent should ask about, and set pickup, delivery and payment.

Test, then forward your line
Call your AI agent in test mode — your first 60 minutes of test calls are free — then forward your business number.

Custom website questions
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. Phonefront reads your public pages, the way a search engine does. Nothing to install and nothing for your web developer to do.
What kinds of websites work?
Most do: sites built on Shopify themes, Squarespace, WordPress and hand-built sites, plus menus posted as pictures or PDFs. Sites that only load their products inside an app after the page opens can't be read — upload a spreadsheet instead.
What happens when I change a price on my site?
We read your site again every night and the AI agent offers the new price from then on. Press “Check now” on your Products page to update straight away.
Will a product I removed still be offered?
A product whose page is gone is hidden from the AI agent, not deleted, so your settings on it stay if it comes back. Items on a menu picture that we can't find one night are flagged for you, never hidden automatically.
Where do orders go?
Into your Phonefront Orders inbox, with a chime and a text to the caller at each step — your website doesn't need online ordering.
