How it works
From WooCommerce keys to a dialable AI call taker — what actually happens under the hood.
It learns your store before it ever picks up
When you connect WooCommerce, the platform syncs your full catalog — names, prices, sizes, stock — plus your shipping zones and business hours. Then it teaches itself how callers say your products out loud, so the nickname a regular uses finds the right product and size, with the right price, first try.
A conversation, not a phone tree
Callers just talk. The AI answers on the first ring, takes the order item by item, confirms sizes and quantities, reads the whole order back with the exact total, and asks how they'd like to pay. One question at a time, no menus, no hold music.
It never invents an answer
Delivery fee? Looked up from your real shipping zones by postal code. Outside your area? The caller is told politely. Store closed? Callers hear when you open — the AI will not take an order you can't fulfill. Prices come from your catalog, never from guesswork, and an order is only ever confirmed after your store accepts it.
Orders arrive like web orders
A confirmed phone order is placed directly into WooCommerce — line items, delivery address, zone fee, payment method, customer phone — through the same pipeline as your website orders. Your dispatch, receipts, and reporting don't change at all.
Your regulars stay regulars
Returning callers are recognized by their number, greeted back, and asked to confirm their usual address instead of spelling it out again. Every call is transcribed and logged with its outcome on your business page, so you can see exactly what your line is doing.
You stay in control
New setups run in test mode — calls work end to end, but orders stay in your dashboard and nothing reaches your store until you flip the switch. If something urgent comes up that it can't handle, it passes the call to your number. And going live is just forwarding your existing business number; unforward it and you're back to exactly how things were.
