Do I need a website to use Phonefront?
No. Your Phonefront phone store holds your menu or product list, takes orders into your Orders inbox, and texts callers payment links. Callers just phone your usual number.
Can I upload my menu instead of typing it?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) with a row per item or size, or point us to a web page, a menu photo or a PDF and we'll read it for you. Then fix anything we got wrong.
How do callers pay?
Cash or card at pickup or on delivery, or a secure payment link texted to them and paid into your own Stripe account. Phonefront takes no cut, and card numbers are never read out on the phone.
Where do I see orders?
In your Orders inbox on any screen — with a chime for each new order. Paid-by-link orders wait until they're paid; cancelling a paid order refunds it.
Can I move to an online store later?
Yes. When you connect an online store like WooCommerce, your AI agent takes orders into it instead.
