Each line lets your call taker talk to one caller at a time. While all your lines are busy, the next caller hears “all our lines are busy, please call back in a few minutes.” Your Calls page shows every caller who got that message, and we'll let you know when it happens. Need more? Extra lines are $25 CAD / month each, on any plan.

How credits work

  • Top up any time — before the month starts or the moment you're running low, mid-cycle included. Credits apply instantly; no plan change, no new billing cycle.
  • Credits never expire — unused credits roll over month after month, like a phone card. (Plan-included calls reset each cycle.)
  • About 60¢ per extra call — when included calls run out, the AI keeps answering from your credit balance. Set auto-reload and never think about it.
  • No surprise invoices, no dead line — with no credits left, calls simply fall back to your regular forwarding until you top up.
