  • 250 minutes of calls a month are free, so Starter is free until the new year. Past them on Starter, calls use your prepaid credit as usual.
  • On Growth or Scale, your plan starts once you pass 250 minutes in a month: we charge the days left in that month and all of your plan's minutes open up.
  • Full access while it's free: extra callers at a time you add are free too until your plan starts.
  • A card is needed at sign-up. Cancel before January 1 and you aren't charged, unless your plan has already started.
  • For new businesses in Canada outside Quebec, while uses of the code last.
