Call forwarding guide
How to forward a business cell phone
If your business number is a cell phone, every carrier lets you forward it from the phone's own settings — and most also take the standard mobile codes.
From your phone's settings (any carrier)
- iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding, turn it on, and enter your AI agent's number. (On newer iOS, Settings → Apps → Phone.)
- Android: open the Phone app → ⋮ → Settings → Calling accounts (or Supplementary services) → Call forwarding, and choose Always, When busy, When unanswered or When unreachable.

These are the codes Rogers publishes and most Canadian mobile networks use. If one doesn't work on your carrier, use your phone's settings instead.
Good to know
- Your AI agent's number is on your Phonefront dashboard. Enter it as 10 digits, area code first.
- Busy and no-answer forwarding usually don't work while voicemail is on — your carrier can turn voicemail off.
- Some carriers charge for forwarded calls unless call forwarding is in your plan.
- After setting it up, call your business number from another phone to check it reaches your AI agent.
