How to forward a Telus business line
Telus home and business lines forward with star codes. Busy and no-answer forwarding are set up a little differently, depending on your account.

On many Telus accounts the busy and no-answer number is programmed by Telus when you order the feature — so ask Telus to set it to your AI agent's number, then *90 / *92 turn it on and off.
Telus and Koodo mobile
Use your phone's call settings (iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding; Android: Phone app → Settings → Call forwarding), or the mobile codes on our guide for mobile phones.
Good to know
- Your AI agent's number is on your Phonefront dashboard. Enter it as 10 digits, area code first.
- Lift the receiver and wait for the dial tone before each code.
- After setting it up, call your business number from another phone to check it reaches your AI agent.
From Telus's own support pages, checked October 2026 — codes can differ by plan, so confirm with your provider if one doesn't work: Telus: star commands · Telus: call forwarding variable
